We are looking for a friendly, organized, and patient-focused Dental Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. We are looking for a team member with strong administrative and insurance coordination skills, helping dental practices improve patient satisfaction, maintain efficient schedules and support practice growth

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
Schedule and confirm appointments
Review insurance benefits verified by a 3rd party and process patient information
Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements.
Answer phones and manage patient communications
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications
Dental Front office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance and scheduling procedures
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience with Eagle soft - software a plus
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
