Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hadley, MA, for a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist. The role involves assessing patients, developing individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans, and providing hands-on therapy to promote recovery and improve patients' quality of life. The Physical Therapist will work closely with patients to evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and educate them on exercises for effective rehabilitation and injury prevention. Collaboration with other team members to ensure outstanding patient care is an essential part of this role.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniques to design and implement effective treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of Medicine and Patient Care practices to address various musculoskeletal conditions
- Experience providing Home Care support and personalized treatment in different settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions and team collaboration
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts (or the ability to obtain it promptly)
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or related field required
