We have a new opening for a Regional Operations Manager for the Southeast Region! This position can be located in North Carolina or anywhere in the Southest! The main duties include:
- Develop, lead and execute operational growth plans for the Southeast through service line, client, and market expansion meeting profitability and growth expectations.
- Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, departmental / service line / location profit and loss statements, monthly financials; developing specific actions directly related to business results and growth in conjunction with local operational leaders.
- Manage workforce to optimally fulfill customer needs and ensure profitability in regard to hiring, promotion, reduction, etc.
- Actively work with the leadership team at Aegeus and AIS group on key initiatives to grow the Southeast Region.
- Manage and ensure operational requirements including resources needed, training required, and client expectations are being executed within the region; define and establish operational priorities; and achieve financial objectives for the region.
- Ensure operational excellence for the region by measuring key performance indicators such as client satisfaction, growth strategy achievement, and service delivery expectations.

Education and Work Experience
- 10 years of experience in a supervisory / management role
- 7 years of experience in an operations management position with profit and loss responsibilities.
- 15 years of experience in the oil and gas service industry specifically relating to non-destructive testing (NDT) and Advanced Services.
- A proven track record of strong performance in driving performance and key field operations metrics, coupled with successful and consistent organizational development history
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
