- We have a new opening for Field Advanced Services Manager in our Colorado office! This is a full time position with full benefits and PTO. Come join our growing team! The main duties include:
- Oversee all aspects of operations for Advanced Services, specifically PAUT in the Colorado market.
- Perform billable PAUT on client sites in Colorado, ensuring to adhere to client and company procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure all equipment is calibrated and ready for use as required.
- Train and mentor other technicians in the correct application of advanced services NDT specifically PAUT.
- Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with existing and new clients to support and grow advanced services specifically in the Colorado market.

- The Advanced Services Manager is responsible for performing, growing and achieving the targets for advanced services in the region. This person is responsible for the quality, perofrmance, and growth overall of the department.

- Responsible for Safety and Quality program compliance; work together with department leaders to ensure operational excellence.
- Handle high level customer inquiries and issues, providing effective Aegeus Inspections solutions and maintaining a positive company image.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the department, including financial, operational, and compliance risks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, industry associations, and community organizations to promote Aegeus Inspection services and solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
- Perform job walks and site visits as necessary.

- Review and approve employee timesheets and expense reports for accuracy.
- Provide training, guidance, deliverable expectations and mentorship to staff.
- Thorough knowledge of industry codes.
- Thorough knowledge of Advanced NDT inspections such as UT-SW, Phased Array and field application of those methods, techniques and procedures.
- As applicable to the project and skill set, ability to set up both conventional and advanced NDT equipment, conducts tests, interpret and evaluate findings in compliance with required specifications, standards and or customer specifications.
- Be thoroughly familiar with the scope and limitations of the techniques and method in which are to be employed.
- Be capable of following written work instructions from approved general procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required - 5 years of NDT experience - 5 years of PAUT experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Ability to be certified or currently have an existing 3rd party Level II certification in UT and PAUT.
- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under Company insurance program
