Credentials Staff
SUMMARY
The Credentials Staff will be responsible for checking in staff and guests and interacting with everyone in a friendly and professional manner. This position will also assist with setting up and restocking credential inventory to ensure efficient workflow and process transactions while accurately reconciling all inventory and equipment at the end of each shift.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist guests with general event information and interact with guests, staff, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions efficiently and ensure a full audit is conducted at the end of each shift when credentials are assigned.
- Accurately reconcile all credential inventory and equipment to ensure proper check in at the end of the shift.
- Provide assistance to Supervisor with site operations such as setting up tables and chairs, restocking ice and water, or moving
boxes or signage, etc. - Maintain a clean working area. May be responsible for proper check in at catering on site.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
- A minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience.
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel.
- Must be organized, detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the business organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
PREFERENCES
- Customer service, festival, or special event experience
- Activities experience
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY
- This position may require minimum availability from August 17th through Augutst 21st for morning, afternoon and/or night shifts
- No overnight shifts
