What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr. Manager, Integrations position at AEG Vision?
The Sr. Manager, Integration Doctor Relations will be joining an exceptional and experienced team responsible for integrating new practices joining the AEG family. This position focuses on building trusting relationships with doctors who are selling their Practice, guiding them through closing, and leading them through the integration process. This person will report to the Director of Integration and will interface with doctors, AEG's corporate development team, and AEG's operations team.
Doctor Relationships and Deal Coordination (75%)
- Guide and ensure the doctor understands the processes from a signed LOI to closing the transaction
- Acknowledge and support for the emotional component of the deal process; listen to any concerns or anxiety from the doctors and reassure or address as appropriate
- Proactively address any questions/concerns in partnership with the Corporate Development team
- Visit practices prior to acquisition to build seller relationships and flag any concerns
- Set expectations with sellers about changes within the practice after joining AEG Vision
- Lead/coordinate townhall meetings with practice staff prior to close to ensure there is a good communication for the staff about what to expect
- Manage and multi-task the relationship with multiple selling doctors who may be at different points in the deal process at any given time
Integration Planning and Data Collection (25%) -- as part of the integration process at AEG Vision, it important to develop a solid understanding of each practice being acquired to ensure a smooth transition at close. The Director will partner with other members of the integration team to gather and communicate relevant business and operational information about the optometry practice(s) to AEG Vision's functional departments.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with a concentration in business preferred
- 5 years of experience building relationships with doctors in a support and or sales support environment
- 3 years of project management or business analysis experienc
- Ability to travel 50% of the time (some weeks/months will require more travel than others depending on acquisition schedule)
- Excellent Verbal, Presentation, and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to work autonomously and gain the confidence / trust of key stakeholders
- Excellent Project Management skills and organization
- Experience in Health Care related business is strongly preferred
- Experience with Smartsheets is preferred
