Position Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Environmental Sales Representative to expand our client base and grow revenue across our service lines. This is a hunter-style sales role that requires a self-motivated individual who thrives on building new relationships, hitting targets, and communicating complex environmental solutions in a clear and compelling way. You will be the face of AEG Environmental in the field and on the phone, working directly with facility managers, plant operators, environmental health and safety coordinators, and government procurement officers.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new business across industrial, commercial, healthcare, government, and institutional sectors throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. Conduct regular cold calls to identify new leads, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers. Perform client site visits to assess environmental needs, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat business. Manage a full sales pipeline from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract close. Collaborate with operations and technical staff to develop accurate, competitive proposals for waste disposal, lab packing, site remediation, tank services, and emergency response contracts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company CRM, including activity logs, pipeline status, and client notes. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Represent AEG Environmental at industry events, trade shows, andnetworking functions. Stay current on EPA, DOT, and OSHA regulations as they relate to client needs and our service offerings.

Requirements
· Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience; environmental services, waste management, or a related industry strongly preferred
· Demonstrated track record of cold calling and converting prospects into long-term clients
· Comfort and confidence in conducting regular client site visits and building face-to-face relationships
· Strong understanding of or ability to quickly learn environmental compliance regulations (EPA, OSHA, DOT)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Proficiency with CRM software and standard Microsoft Office applications
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field sales activities across the Mid-Atlantic territory
· Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize a high-volume call and visit schedule
· Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, Business, Chemistry, or a related field preferred but not required
