Maumelle, AR | Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 11:00 AM| Female Group Home
We are currently seeking a dependable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our Group Home team in Maumelle. This position provides overnight support and care for individuals with developmental disabilities in a safe, structured, and supportive home environment.
The DSP will assist individuals with daily living needs, provide supervision and support during overnight hours, complete required documentation, and help ensure the health, safety, and well-being of residents. Responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, medication documentation, light housekeeping, monitoring residents throughout the night, and communicating effectively with staff and supervisors.
Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, patience, reliability, and a passion for helping others. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a caregiving environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Current Auto Liability Insurance, if applicable
- CPR/First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening
Physical Requirements
Employees may be required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and assist individuals with mobility and daily living activities. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.
