AED123 partners with businesses to implement and maintain Automated External Defibrillator (AED) programs. Founded in 2019, our mission is simple - save lives while building a profitable company.
We have nearly doubled in size each year since launch. To sustain that growth, we are hiring additional sales professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call on assigned industries within a 50-mile radius of Austin (offices, industrial facilities, hotels, municipalities, churches, venues...)
- Conduct a high daily volume of outreach and follow-ups
- Schedule and meet with prospective customers to discuss their needs, demonstrate our products, and pitch solutions (target 7-10 scheduled meetings per week)
- Refine proposals to meet the customers’ needs and secure signed agreements
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan installations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows and conferences as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Results-oriented, competitive, and high-energy personality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Integrity and a passion for helping others
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft product suite and web-based software (e.g., Salesforce)
