AED123 provides businesses with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) services. Founded in 2019, we’re on a mission to save thousands of lives while building a profitable business. We are nearly doubling in size every year, and we need to hire a Business Development Representative to call on our leads and enable us to continue growing at this pace.


WHO YOU ARE

You are a smart, motivated, high-volume, and results-driven inside salesperson. You are good at engaging prospective customers, scheduling meetings, and closing quick-win opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working the phone. You take pride in delivering excellent customer service and establishing trust with prospective customers. You are good at multitasking with high attention to detail, and you want to work from an office. (We have a brand-new office in the Design District.)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Qualify and schedule sales opportunities

  • Respond promptly to inbound leads from across the country
  • Conduct cold outreach to identify decision-makers
  • Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for AED123 outside sales team
  • Develop a high-level understanding of each prospect’s needs and ensure a smooth handoff


Leverage AED123’s tools

  • Ensure all Contacts and Opportunities are logged in Salesforce
  • Leverage existing lead lists and call on website visitors
  • Use Zoom Info to find correct contacts
  • Use DropBox Sign to close sales directly when a scheduled meeting is not needed


Support the business

  • Provide feedback from prospects to improve messaging and processes
  • Help maintain a responsive, energetic, and team-focused culture
  • Support other sales team members and contribute to our results-oriented, collaborative, fun culture


QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or customer outreach
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Tech-savvy and organized with strong time management skills
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to be part of a growing team
  • True excitement about the business
