What is the Opportunity?
We are seeking a skilled, safety-focused structural ironworker who can work as part of a crew to raise, position, align, and secure structural steel components to build complete frameworks and structures. The ideal candidate is experienced with rigging, hoisting, bolting, welding, and precision alignment, and can adapt to changing duties as projects progress while maintaining quality and efficiency. This role requires comfort working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions, with a strong commitment to safety standards, including the proper use of respiratory protection when required.

What You'll Do Here
- Erect and assemble structural steel frameworks, including girders, columns, and related components.
- Set up and operate rigging and hoisting equipment to lift, guide, and position steel members.
- Signal crane and hoist operators and guide loads using tag lines.
- Align, bolt, and secure steel members using hand tools, drift pins, jacks, and turnbuckles.
- Verify vertical and horizontal alignment using levels and plumb bobs.
- Perform cutting and welding as required to modify or fit steel components.
- Assist with foundation work, including rod busting, as needed.
- Follow all safety requirements, including the use of respiratory protection when required.
- Work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors in varying weather and temperature conditions.
- Adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities as projects progress.
