- Plan both Online and Outage work orders using MAXOMO.
- Produce detailed work plans and instructions
- Prepare reports and history records in MAXIMO.
- Order material in MAXIMO
- Performs constructability reviews and plant walkdowns.
- Evaluate the work environment to determine which support groups are required
- Attends internal and external meetings
- Provides guidance/input regarding work planning, execution and commissioning strategies.
- Coordinate with Operations to generate requests for equipment isolation.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
- Ability to meet the challenges of this dynamic role
- Ability to work with different work groups (Project Management, Engineering, Implementation and Dominion Personel)
- Planners must understand and be familiar with the nuclear plant equipment
- Planner is familiar with standard nuclear procedures and policies.
- Holds a Mechanical, Electrical or Civil certification (or equivalent experience/education)
- A minimum of 5 years working a Nuclear Generation Station as Planner or Field Engineer (or equivalent).
- Various work locations in both field and office
- Walkdown of project sites and systems outside and inside of station are required to support workorder assessments
- Travel as necessary
