- Starting Pay: $22/hour
- Schedule: Part-Time to start, with opportunity for Full-Time when Sylmar Studios officially opens in late July

Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, intrusions, or safety hazards
- Patrol assigned areas on foot
- Provide access control and visitor management
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities and incidents
- Respond to emergencies and incidents professionally and calmly
- Interact with studio staff, vendors, and guests in a respectful, professional manner
Requirements:
- Valid California BSIS Guard Card (REQUIRED)
- Prior security experience preferred, especially in commercial or high-profile settings
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability a plus (including weekends and evenings)
