We’re looking for a Senior Electrical Designer in the Sanford/Orlando, FL area to take the lead on dynamic projects across industrial and municipal environments—someone who brings both technical expertise and a passion for quality design.
What You’ll Do
As a key contributor on our team, you’ll:
- Design power distribution, lighting, and control systems that meet the highest industry standards
- Create and review detailed drawings including single-line diagrams, panel schedules, and power & lighting plans
- Perform critical calculations (load analysis, voltage drop, conduit sizing, etc.) to ensure safe and efficient systems
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and bring their vision to life
- Help drive projects forward by balancing timelines, quality, and budget
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously improve design approaches

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- PE license preferred
- Strong experience designing electrical systems for industrial and/or municipal projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and MS Office
- Deep understanding of electrical codes, standards, and NFPA guidelines
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
