What You Will Do:
- Establish relationships through proactive candidate outreach over the phone
- Learn about individuals’ personal and professional goals and desires
- Inform job candidates of professional opportunities that align with their interests
- Converse with architects and engineers regarding their qualifications and open positions
About You:
- 5 years of professional recruiting experience in a third party or agency recruiting/staffing setting
- Ability to establish rapport with individuals and engage in conversation over the phone
- Can communicate effectively; both verbally and written
- Previous business development or account management experience is a plus
