What You’ll Do:
- Own the project lifecycle. Lead mechanical construction projects from pre-construction to turnover, managing budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
- Drive performance and accountability. Motivate field and office teams, fostering collaboration among designers, fabricators, trades, and clients.
- Deliver results to meet expectations. Oversee all mechanical scopes including HVAC, plumbing, and piping across commercial, institutional, and multifamily projects.
- Problem-solve at every step. Identify risks early, adapt to field conditions, and creatively resolve challenges to keep projects moving forward.
- Build relationships that last. Serve as the primary contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, earning trust through transparency and consistent results.

What You Bring :
- 5 years of experience managing mechanical construction projects for commercial or institutional buildings.
- A solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and piping system design and installation.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets, track costs, and drive profitability.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to coordinate seamlessly with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency with project management software and digital tools.
- A valid driver’s license, estimating experience is a plus.
