Survey Technician - Denver, CO
Salary: $67,000 - $82,000 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time | In-office with occasional field or remote coordination

A nationally recognized engineering firm with decades of industry leadership is hiring a Survey Technician to support land development and infrastructure projects in the Denver region. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a collaborative and experienced team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare survey drawings, plats, and legal descriptions using AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Process field data using Trimble Business Center
- Conduct deed research and assist with boundary analysis
- Coordinate with field crews and office staff
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all survey deliverables
Qualifications:
- 2 years of land surveying experience: ALTA, Topographic and Boundary experience required
- Proficient in Civil 3D, Trimble Business Center, and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Associate degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- SIT certification or experience with LiDAR, PLSS, or UAS is a plus
