Key Responsibilities
- Lead site development design for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and public infrastructure projects
- Prepare and oversee grading, drainage, utility, and stormwater design
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams
- Oversee permitting and entitlement processes
- Identify and resolve design and project issues proactively
- Mentor junior engineering staff and support team development
- Participate in client communication and project planning efforts
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 5-15 years of civil land development experience
- Strong experience with grading, drainage, utilities, and site development design
- Proficiency with Civil 3D and related engineering software
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- 80% remote work schedule
- Required in-office collaboration approximately 1 day per week in Denver
- Team-oriented environment focused on communication, accountability, and flexibility

- Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
