What are the responsibilities and job description for the CERTIFIED TESTING LAB DIRECTOR (Concrete) position at AEC National Recruiters?
We are searching for a qualified individual to take on the role of Director of a certified concrete testing lab/specialty inspection agency based in western Suffolk County. Projects are throughout the 5 boroughs and Long Island and are TRANSPORTATION ONLY.
The Director will be professionally qualified and shall personally supervise all techical functions of the lab relating to testing of concrete & concrete materials. In addition, this person will be in charge of Special Inspections.
Ideal candidate will:
- Be a Professional Engineer (PE)--civil or structural
- OR a Registered Architect
- Have ACI Field AND ACI Lab certification
- Minimum of 5 years documented experience

Work load will flucuate as needed, depending upon schedule of testing
