We are representing a well established General Contractor with a strong reputation and consistent pipeline of work across the industrial, commercial, and MOB sectors.
This opportunity is for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead the field execution of new construction projects ranging from $5M to $20M . Many projects include industrial facilities, Medical Office Buildings, and other commercial projects.
All projects are 100% local to Charleston, allowing you to lead exciting projects while staying close to home. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Superintendent with multiple years of experience working for a General Contractor and a proven track record of driving successful project delivery.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead full field execution of ground up construction projects from mobilization through completion
- Manage site teams including Assistant Superintendents and field staff
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and jobsite logistics
- Drive project schedule and maintain critical milestones
- Ensure safety, quality, and site standards are maintained at all times
- Partner closely with Project Managers on budget, schedule, and project execution
- Run subcontractor meetings and site coordination meetings
- Maintain daily reporting, site logs, and project documentation
- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Serve as the primary field leader with ownership teams and trade partners
Must Have Qualifications:
- Current Superintendent with a General Contractor
- 4 years of experience as a Superintendent
- Ground up construction project experience required
- Project experience in industrial, MOB, Commercial construction
- Experience managing projects typically $5M to $20M
- Proven ability to lead projects cradle to grave

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000
