Quality Control Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Inspect mechanical workmanship on completed vehicles per applicable QC checklists
- Inspect body, paint, and finish on completed vehicles
- Perform minor adjustments and repairs as required
- Perform pre-delivery tasks (grease, adjust doors, adjust headlights, etc.)
- Return vehicles to shop for required rework
- Perform completed vehicle certification process, apply correct certification label
- Take digital photos of completed vehicles as required
- Assist with vehicle wash and detail as required
- Maintain inventory of decals, touch-up paint, supplies
- Assist with training of new QC employees
- Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all functional levels of organization required
- Basic computer skills required—Outlook e-mail, digital camera download, Windows Explorer file management, Spokane/ERP access
- Must possess and maintain hand tools as listed on separate document
