Job Summary:

Within 3-6 months, you’ll be leading five or more active searches, ensuring each one aligns with our commitment to excellence. - Recruiting Mastery: You'll dive deep into our Perfect Fit process—sourcing, interviewing, and managing the entire recruiting lifecycle.
- Consultative Partner: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions that ensure repeat business. You will serve as a trusted advisor.
- AEB Culture Champion: You'll be the face of our company, nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and contributing to a culture of learning and innovation. Ring the gong, celebrate wins, and always represent AEBetancourt with pride.
What You Bring:

- Experience: A Bachelor’s Degree with 3-5 years of recruiting or related experience. LinkedIn mastery is a plus!
