Our busy, team-oriented office is growing, and we are looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager ready to build a long-term insurance career with us.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Inherit an established personal lines book of approximately 1,000 to 1,300 clients and make it your own. You will advise a diverse client base, from first-time homebuyers to high-net-worth households, as the trusted advisor they call first.
- Own the client relationship: Service your book, answer coverage questions, process policy changes and endorsements, and deliver a smooth, proactive renewal experience.
- Protect and grow every account: Review policies and exposures, identify coverage gaps and cross-selling opportunities, and prepare quotes, proposals, and comparisons that help clients decide with confidence.
- Communicate with confidence: Partner with clients, carriers, underwriters, and teammates by phone, email, and in person, using Applied Epic to keep every account organized.
WHAT HELPS YOU THRIVE HERE
- Personal lines know-how: Experience in insurance customer service, account management, or as a CSR handling home, auto, and umbrella policies.
- Agency system skills: Comfort with Applied Epic or a similar agency management system will help you hit the ground running.
- Licensing: An active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license.
- Your strengths: Strong organization, time management, communication, and multi-tasking skills, plus a client-first, proactive mindset and an eye for detail.
