Electrical Senior Project Engineer

We’re growing and seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer / Electrical Senior Project Engineer to lead electrical design and project delivery for water and wastewater infrastructure projects across multiple locations. This is a high-impact, senior-level role for an engineer who thrives in power systems, instrumentation & controls (I&C), and SCADA while leading multidisciplinary teams. You'll work on water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater treatment and collections systems, electrical power systems (low & medium voltage: <1000V and >1000V), and Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) and SCADA systems.
You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering infrastructure that directly supports communities—bringing projects from planning through construction with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical engineering design and project delivery for complex infrastructure projects
- Serve as the technical lead across power distribution, lighting, I&C, and SCADA systems
- Manage projects from planning through construction (scope, schedule, budget, quality)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development efforts
- Provide QA/QC oversight on electrical designs, drawings, and specifications
- Mentor and guide electrical engineers and technical staff
- Collaborate across disciplines and with subconsultants to deliver integrated solutions
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve electrical system performance
