Responsibilities
- Communicate and build strong relationships with communities in support of project development and delivery
- Further company business development and marketing activities in the region
- Oversee local project management and delivery
- Draft and deliver technical reports, proposals, and presentations
- Collect and perform quantitative data analysis of municipal financial information
- Develop and prepare MS Excel based computer models in support of project analyses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with a governmental emphasis, Engineering Degree with a financial emphasis, or 2-year degree in above fields with equivalent work experience
- Must be willing to travel as required
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Strong communication skills and a knack for building trust with communities, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience creating and working in complex Excel spreadsheets and large data sets
- Proven problem-solving skills based on quantitative data analysis
- Ability to work independently on specific assignments
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage multiple initiatives
- Willing to travel as required
- All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations
- Master's Degree (engineering, finance, public affairs, or other related field)
- Experience working in a consulting or public government environment
- History working with team members across broad geographies
- Experience with infrastructure funding programs (grants, loans, etc.)
- Familiarity with Vantage Point or similar project management tools preferred
- MSRB Series 50 and 54 qualifications
- Ability to walk up to 3-miles on uneven terrain
- Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Occasionally climb, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
- Occasionally lift, carry, push, and pull light to moderate amounts of weight
- May require lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds, with rare lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to inspect equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
- May be required to wear Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to, flame resistant clothing, hard hat, and protective footwear
- May require occasional evenings and weekends with overtime expectations varying with workload
- May be required to travel to off-site locations including occasional overnight stays out of town

- Anticipated Starting Salary: $82,800 - $101,200 per year DOE (Compensation is subject to variation due to factors such as education, experience, skillset, etc.) Position will remain posted until filled
