Position Overview
This role is ideal for a skilled installer capable of handling full bathroom remodels, including tile installation, surface preparation, waterproofing, and light plumbing and minor electrical adjustments.

Responsibilities
* Install tile in showers, bathrooms, floors, backsplashes, and other areas
* Perform demolition, prep work, underlayment, waterproofing, tile setting, grouting, and sealing
* Handle light plumbing (toilets, drains, shower valves, fixtures)
* Perform minor electrical work (fans, outlets, light fixtures)
* Follow layouts and design specifications with precision
* Maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite
* Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers

Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of professional tile installation experience
* Strong bathroom remodel experience required
* Knowledge of industry systems (Schluter, Wedi, PermaBlanke, etc.)
* Own professional tools
* Valid liability insurance
* Reliable transportation and punctuality

* High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
