EXPERIENCED TILE INSTALLER , AND " BATHROOM REMODEL SPECIALIST

AE Tile Inc., a trusted name in tile and remodeling, is seeking a highly experienced Tile Installer with 10 years of proven professional skills. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and versatile—capable of handling full bathroom remodels from start to finish, including tile work, light plumbing, and minor electrical adjustments.

This role requires a well-rounded tradesperson with a strong eye for precision, creativity in design layouts, and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes.

✅ Responsibilities

• Install tile in bathrooms, showers, floors, backsplashes, and other areas (porcelain, ceramic, stone, mosaics, large-format, etc.)
• Perform demolition, surface preparation, underlayment installation, waterproofing, tile setting, grouting, and sealing
• Handle basic plumbing tasks (installing/reinstalling shower valves, toilets, drains, etc.)
• Perform minor electrical adjustments (bathroom fans, outlets, lighting fixtures, etc.)
• Read layouts, follow design specifications, and make precise cuts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
• Communicate with customers and project managers effectively

Requirements

• 10 years of professional tile installation experience (bathroom remodel expertise required)
• Competence in light plumbing and electrical work
• Must own and maintain professional tools necessary for the trade
• Carry valid liability insurance
• Strong knowledge of industry standards (e.g., Schluter, Wedi, PermaBlanke, etc.)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
