What you will need to be able to do (Phase 1: The Producer)
- Run in-person inspections and consultations
- Prospect and engage homeowners face-to-face
- Lead insurance and retail conversations with confidence
- Present scopes clearly and professionally
- Own jobs from inspection through final payment
- Maintain clean CRM documentation
- Represent the AE brand with excellence
Leadership Development Path (Phase 2)
As you prove consistency and production, you will be developed into leadership roles with expanded responsibility and income:
Team Lead
- Mentor and support new reps
- Lead by example in the field
- Earn overrides on team production
Sales Director
- Develop leaders and systems
- Drive culture and accountability
- Earn office-wide overrides
Branch Director
- Own branch performance
- Lead growth strategy and execution
- Participate in long-term expansion
