Job Description
An entry level technical sales opportunity for a person with the telephone skills to interact with potential and existing customers of an electrical/electronic manufacturing company.
A successful candidate must have a working understanding of AC and DC power, and good operational knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software. Application training of the product line will be provided by company engineering and sales personnel. Salary is commensurate with experience. An ideal candidate would possess a 2-year degree or technical certificate.
Employee duties/responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Answering and responding to all customer inquiries regardless of source I/e., email, social media, telephone and or any other channel. Proper responses frequently require coordinated teamwork between staff members to provide comprehensive answers. Most frequent responses concern application and product information, pricing and delivery and terms and conditions. The goal is customer satisfaction that results in and supports sales.

- Salary Range: $45,000 to $55,000
- Monday - Friday, Some weekends
- This is an on-site position; no remote work.
