What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Accounts Receivable Clerk position at AE Commercial Property Maintenance?
We are a sweeping and asphalt company that is looking for a front receptionist/accounts receivable clerk. In this role you will accurately and efficiently handle all aspects of the Accounts Receivable function. The perfect candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, works well without supervision and is comfortable in a construction environment. Duties include but not limited to:
· Answering office phone and transferring calls to appropriate party
· Enter, maintain, email/mail invoices
· Contact existing customers for collection of outstanding receivables
· Resolve any disputes with customer payments/invoices
· Responsible for checking emails, voicemails and perform follow ups to internal and external customers in a timely manner
· Process customer credit card payments and post checks
· Provide support to General Manger and Operations Manager
· Maintain and order office supplies
Job Requirements:
· Must pass background check
· Be able to work in the US
· Must have some experience in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, Outlook
Salary : $20 - $23
