Title: Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid- Madison, WI. 2 days remote, 3 days onsite.
Duration: FTE/Direct Hire
Responsibilities
- Implement agile approaches and develop rapid proof-of-concept solutions to enable company to explore new technologies.
- Provide architectural solutions/designs to project execution teams for implementation and demonstrate integration expertise
- Provide technical leadership to project team(s) to perform design to deployment related activities, provide guidance, participate in reviews, to prevent and resolve technical issues
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
- Understand and recommend the digital technologies to explore big data digital engagement opportunities for business growth in both business intelligence analysis and new service offerings
- Coordinate with onshore and offshore development and configuration resources
- Understands and adheres to legal/compliance standards included in corporate policies and accepts ownership for accomplishing existing tasks that fulfill legal/compliance requirements. Reports compliance violations when identified.
Role Focus
- Universal Focus: Data (reporting/governance) and middleware/integration
- Architecture emphasis is primarily application focused (data and integration).
- Infrastructure fluency is a plus.
- Azure and AWS based with some on prem/hybrid remaining.
- Experience with Azure Function Apps/APIs
- Should be experienced with the following platforms: Salesforce, Genesys, S4DS, Snowflake, etc.
- Candidates should also have experience with SQL (Snowflake) and DAX (PowerBI)
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelors degree from an accredited 4 year org/university
- Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction to company’s digital, social media, omnichannel and BI vision.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrable verbal and written communications to maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including development of new skills to meet changing and diverse requirements with short-turnarounds.
