AE Business Solutions is seeking an IT Support Technician to take on a contract-to-hire position in Dodge County! The IT Support Technician will act as the first point of contact for incoming requests to the service desk and play a critical role it providing IT support to multiple company sites.

What you'll do:
- Prioritize incidents and service requests accroding to SLAs
- Record/track/document the service desk incident-solving process
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment
- Research solutions through internal and external knowledge base as needed
- Perform hands-on fixes for desktops when remote tools are not available/appropriate
- Perform preventative physical, including checking and cleaning of workstations, printers, and peripherals
What you'll bring:
- 3-5 years of IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware including desktops/laptops and the related components
- Application support experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
