AdZig is a successful distributor and decorator of promotional products, apparel and tradeshow displays. We are customer focused and enjoy booking business, processing orders and delivering great quality. In business since 2001, our showroom and decoration facilities are conveniently located on highway 460 near Mount Athos in Lynchburg, VA.
We are seeking a professional experienced INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE to sell promotional products and wearables to businesses and organizations. Compensation for this position is base pay plus additional commission on all sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and pricing to walk in customers
- Make telephone sales solicitations to assigned customers and provide quotes by email, phone and in person.
- Assist new and existing online and call-in customers with product information, price quotes.
- Enter orders.
- Answer phones and help teammates as needed and assigned
- Maintain showroom to greet customers and sales presentation.
- Extensive experience using Microsoft office applications including: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Working knowledge of selling customer branded products and apparel with industry decoration processes: screenprint, heat transfer, laser engraving, embroidery, sublimation printing.
- Good computer literacy to grasp and use the current business software for order entry, sales contact management and to utilize product databases to locate desired products.
- Professional appearance with strong communication skills.
- Business casual attire is required.
Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
