Role Description
This is contract job for an AdZENtures Guide. In this role, you will lead and facilitate in-person experiences, integrate mindfulness practices, and ensure guests have an engaging and culturally immersive experience. Responsibilities include coordinating and executing events, providing guidance on outdoor activities, maintaining safety standards, fostering guest connections, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will also collaborate closely with the team to ensure each experience aligns with the company's mission to empower and inspire through adventure. Preparation and planning is done remotely while on-site work is determined by need. On-site locations can include international travel (i.e. Canada, Mexico, Honduras, France, Slovenia, Italy, Norway, Costa Rica, etc.).
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse groups
- Experience in event planning and facilitation, especially in wellness or adventure settings
- Knowledge of mindfulness practices, yoga, or meditation is a plus
- Capability to handle logistics and coordinate resources for smooth event execution
- A deep passion for travel, culture, and outdoor activities
- Ability to think critically and adapt to dynamic or unexpected situations effectively
- Previous work experience in customer service, tourism, or hospitality is highly valued
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain one
