In-House Technical Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic In-House Technical Coordinator to join our team and contribute to cutting-edge projects in the AV field! This vital role combines technical support with office management to ensure seamless operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills to coordinate technical projects and administrative tasks efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our operations, supporting our Service and Warehouse departments, and field technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and stage materials for installers
- Assist in processing RMAs – following through to completion
- Responsible for complete in-field job packets going out and upon return
- Back-up Service Manager as needed and with projects
- Support Service Department by assisting customer inquiries by phone or email
- Point person for Inventory Control
- Back-up and support Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse areas
- Make occasional deliveries in company van
- Experience working with computers and networks a plus.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail skills required
- Team-player and team motivator
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Customer service experience a plus
- Experience in prioritizing workflow and multi-tasking
- Comfortably list up to 50 lbs; ability to stand, bend, climb, lift and/or reach for extended periods of time.
- Valid – Clean NYS Driver’s license required
- Operate pallet jack
