Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join our team at our Plano, TX office. In this on-site role, you will identify growth opportunities, cultivate relationships with potential vendors, and work closely with internal and Costco teams to deliver tailored solutions. Responsibilities include developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring successful execution of client goals. You will also represent ADW in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, and relationship management
- Strong analytical skills for market research, trend analysis, and sales strategy development
- Effective verbal and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and other business tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Familiarity with retail or wholesale environments, especially Costco, is a plus
