Job OverviewAdvyzon is seeking a detail-oriented data operations professional to support our alternative investment data process, leveraging advanced technologies and tools to manage and validate investment data.Primary ResponsibilitiesOnboard new clients’ alternative investments by working with client service team, custodians and fund administratorsServe as an extension of our client’s back office by managing the entire post-trade processing of alternative investmentsValidate and process alternatives investment data for clients using various tools and technologiesCollect, analyze and process into Advyzon alternative investment data and notices, including Capital Call Notices, Distribution Notices, and Capital Account StatementsResolve exceptions to ensure accuracy of alternative investment transactions and valuationsCollaborate across Product, and Engineering team to optimize alternative investment data processingCoordinate with clients, the client service team, fund managers, and fund administrators to address data-related issuesSupport the migration or building of historical data for alternative investments using various sourcesMaintain and improve alternatives investment data operations workflow proceduresSkills/QualificationsPrior experience in alternative investment data entry or data operations is preferredExceptional organizational skills and self-motivationStrong proficiency in Excel and experience analyzing and processing large data setsMeticulous attention to detail with high accuracy standardsStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsUse and understanding of generative AI tools is a plusAdditional InformationOpportunity to work with cutting-edge technologiesCritical role in supporting Advyzon's alternatives investment dataOpportunity to expand and develop our alternative investment data teamCompensation$65,000, all inPowered by JazzHRl5rV46Ecu8
