We want you as an Administrative Associate if you possess the following traits: thorough, systematic, and neat! As an Administrative Associate, you would be lending your skills to support mainly Administrative operations throughout the organization. This would include assistance in maintenance of records, document preparation, schedule coordination, information updating and business activity support.
An ideal candidate is someone we can count on, likes working with computers, and likes organizing things. You will be doing many things at once, so being able to do that with precision and discretion is also ideal.
Duties
- Provide general administrative and operational support to internal teams.
- Maintain and organize digital records, documents, forms, and business files.
- Enter, update, and verify information in company systems and spreadsheets.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Respond to routine inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate department or team member.
- Assist with document preparation, organization, and quality review.
- Track administrative requests and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
- Coordinate information and documentation between internal departments.
- Assist with maintaining accurate records and ensuring information is properly organized.
- Support general business processes and administrative projects as assigned.
- Handle confidential company and client information in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as needed to support daily operations.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or comparable productivity software.
- Comfortable learning and using new software, databases, and business systems.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Previous administrative, customer service, financial-services, or office experience is helpful but not required.
