Advosy Construction is hiring an experienced Roofing Project Manager who knows how to run jobs in the field, lead construction meetings, and confidently handle customer and adjuster conversations.
This is not a desk project manager role. We’re looking for someone who has been on roofs, managed crews, met with adjusters, and understands how strong project execution directly impacts sales, upgrades, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage residential roofing projects from approval through completion
- Cover all adjuster meetings in your assigned South Arizona territory
- Meet on-site with insurance adjusters, present documented damage, and negotiate claims in partnership with our licensed public adjusters (Select Adjusters)
- Run construction meetings with homeowners, including:
- Scheduling builds
- Presenting and closing upgrades / supplements
- Collecting payments
- Reviewing scope of work and timelines
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor crews to ensure quality, safety, and timelines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project
- Resolve issues in real time and take full ownership of project outcomes
- Track projects using company tools and systems while staying mostly in the field

Experience & Qualifications
- Roofing project management or project coordination experience (required)
- Subcontractor management experience (preferred)
- Insurance claims and adjuster meeting experience strongly preferred
- Sales or commission-based experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Schedule & Pay
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Occasional Saturday availability
- Negotiable base salary based on experience
- Uncapped commission structure tied to project performance and upgrades
