You know the drill. The deal is fast, the structure is complex, and the deadlines are tight. Our AmLaw 100 client needs a Senior Associate who can run point on asset-based and structured finance transactions.

You’ll be in the mix on:

• Warehouse lending facilities
  

• Forward flow transactions
  

• Whole loan transfers
  

• Repo agreements
  

• Securitization and related work
  

The work is direct, client-facing, and often high stakes. You’ll manage pieces of the deal start to finish, lead associates, and keep pace with some of the sharpest finance lawyers in the market.

What You Bring

• 5 years in asset-based/structured finance
  

• Experience with lenders, issuers, investors, or back-leverage providers
  

• NY Bar admission
  

• Strong academic foundation and Big Law training
