Senior Associate, Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory
Our AmLaw 100 client is growing a national Life Sciences & Healthcare Regulatory practice handling sophisticated FDA and healthcare regulatory matters for global enterprises, emerging biotechs, digital health innovators, and major providers. The group is ranked by leading directories and is known for high-stakes counseling, investigations, and transactions across the U.S. and key global markets.
Role Summary
• Advise on federal and state healthcare regulation, including fraud and abuse counseling, healthcare transactions, contracting, and privacy issues
• Support FDA strategy, compliance, and enforcement matters, including approvals/clearances for novel products, labeling and safety, exclusivity, biosimilars, and post-market obligations
• Coordinate with cross-office teams on government investigations, commercial litigation, and policy matters across the U.S., EU, UK, and China
• Serve a client base spanning enterprise health systems, medtech and pharma, AI/digital health, research institutions, and trade associations
Candidate Profile
• 5 years in healthcare regulatory practice with substantial experience in fraud and abuse counseling, healthcare transactions and contracting
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; able to drive matters independently and collaborate effectively
• Licensed, or eligible to become licensed, in one of the following offices: Boston, Chicago, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley, or Washington, DC
