Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a midlevel litigator to its Dallas office. This group handles complex commercial, class action and financial restructuring litigation for clients operating across industries and jurisdictions. The work is varied, direct and strategy-driven.
Role Summary
The role includes drafting and responding to complaints, managing discovery, motion practice, trial work and appellate briefing.
You will join a litigation team trusted with high-stakes matters for sophisticated clients worldwide, advising on regulatory and compliance issues and litigating when a business resolution cannot be reached.
This is an in-office position consistent with firm expectations.
Candidate Profile
4–7 years of class action, commercial or financial restructuring litigation experience.
Strong writing, research and courtroom skills.
Academic credentials consistent with large-firm training.
