About the Opportunity:

As a Billing Specialist, you will be crucial in supporting attorneys and legal assistants across multiple offices, ensuring client billing processes are efficient, timely, and accurate. What You’ll Do:

• Generate and edit monthly Proformas and prepare final invoices (including fixed fee, split, and joint billing).
  

• Handle e-billing submissions and follow-up through various platforms.
  

• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to resolve billing issues with professionalism and discretion.
  

• Maintain high confidentiality standards while managing sensitive client data.
  

• Assist with accounting-related tasks and monthly reporting as needed.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2 years of professional billing experience (legal, accounting, or architectural).
  

• Familiarity with e-billing platforms and accounting software (Elite/3E preferred).
  

• Strong Excel skills and experience with Paperless Proforma and Ebilling Hub.
  

• Proficiency in ARCS and Crystal Reports is a plus.
  

• Outstanding organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.
  

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  

• High school diploma or GED required.
