Private Equity Finance | Junior & Senior Associate Roles
Our AmLaw 100 client is expanding its market-leading Private Equity Finance team with two hires. One hire at the junior level and one at the senior level. This group represents some of the most active private equity sponsors in borrower-side acquisition financings.
The Roles
You’ll be advising private equity sponsors in complex debt transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings. The team operates at the center of the private credit and syndicated finance markets and handles high-stakes matters across sectors.
Who We’re Looking For
Junior Associate: 1–4 years of borrower-side experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or acquisition finance. PE sponsor-side experience strongly preferred.
Senior Associate: 4 years of experience in borrower-side acquisition finance with direct exposure to sponsor-led deals. Candidates should bring maturity in deal execution and client interaction.
