Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in structuring and negotiating term and revolving loan facilities for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and corporate growth initiatives.
Draft and negotiate commitment papers, credit agreements, and collateral documents with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive legal solutions in complex financing transactions.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor from a top-tier law school with outstanding academic credentials.
3–6 years of experience in debt finance, specifically representing private equity sponsors and/or lenders in leveraged finance transactions.
Proficiency in drafting and negotiating key financing documents, including commitment letters, credit agreements, and security instruments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Admission to the State Bar of the location you are applying or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
