What You’ll Do
Join a premier post-grant team handling high-stakes matters before the USPTO for some of the most recognized names in tech and life sciences. You'll work closely with nationally regarded PTAB practitioners on complex challenges that shape the patent litigation landscape.
Who You Are
2–5 years of hands-on experience with IPR and post-grant matters
Undergraduate degree in EE, CS, physics, or mathematics preferred (others considered with relevant experience)
Registered with or eligible for the patent bar
California bar admission required
Top-tier academic background and exceptional writing, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
