Associate - Debt Finance

In this role, you will:

• Lead high-stakes negotiations and manage diverse deal teams across the globe.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt finance, ideally with exposure to sponsored finance, direct lending, or private credit transactions.
  
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional communication skills.
  
• Business acumen, an ability to stay composed under pressure, and a proactive mindset.
  
• Admission to the bar and fluency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus).
