Case Manager

Wanted Experienced Case Manager sought by Frederick non-profit org (30hrs p/wk with flex schedule) to work with homeless individuals and families. Hourly rate will be between $22.44-25.64/hr We are looking for a self starter and motivated individual to run the Rapid rehousing and Transitional housing program. Must be able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
