As a Part-Time Lead Generator (1099 Contractor), you aren't an employee punching a time card. You are an independent partner utilizing our multi-million-dollar field infrastructure to generate active leads for our elite, full-time W-2 closing teams. You control your calendar, log your availability on our proprietary dispatch platform, and get paid directly for your activity and your results.

How the On-Demand System Works:

We have removed all administrative guesswork from the field. You control the input; our platform manages the execution.

1. Claim Your Window: You voluntarily log into our specialized field application, and declare the specific days and timeframes you want to run (ideal hours are "Primetime" between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM weekdays, and flexible weekend slots).
2. Receive Your Zone: Based on your availability, our team maps out a high-probability, active storm-affected territory and assigns it to you directly in the app.
3. Deploy the Strategy: You hit the neighborhood face-to-face, connect with homeowners, distribute official Advocate educational materials/flyers, and log property interest.
4. The Hand-off: When a homeowner requests an exterior inspection, you confirm the lead hand-off to your designated W-2 in-field partners (in-person or via app). Compensation (Activity Performance):

This role is designed to reward both consistent effort and results.

• Activity Base: You are paid a set flat rate for every single door knocked where an official Advocate flyer is logged and left at the property.
• Performance Multiplier: You earn an immediate, additional bonus payout for every single qualified roof inspection lead you successfully generate.
• The Math: A focused Lead Generator working just 10–12 hours a week during primetime can easily add substantial, predictable revenue to their household budget.
