💛 What You’ll Do

This is not a desk job.

You’ll spend your days:

• Meeting clients in their homes and communities
• Helping individuals build independence, structure, and confidence
• Supporting routines like:
• Attending appointments
• Managing daily responsibilities
• Engaging in community life
• Building meaningful relationships that actually change lives

You’ll also:

• Complete documentation and monthly summaries to track progress
• Maintain consistent client contact (minimum 5 visits/month per client) [Position D...ase Worker | PDF]
• Collaborate with a supportive, engaged team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in human services OR experience in mental health
• CPRP preferred (or willingness to grow into it)
• Reliable transportation (this is a field-based role)
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Someone who is:

• Ready to take ownership of a caseload
