Youâll spend your days:
- Meeting clients in their homes and communities
- Helping individuals build independence, structure, and confidence
- Supporting routines like:
- Attending appointments
- Managing daily responsibilities
- Engaging in community life
- Building meaningful relationships that actually change lives
Youâll also:
- Complete documentation and monthly summaries to track progress
